1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetbuzz platform and all its associated services. "Platform" refers to jeetbuzz's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any member registered on the platform. "We" or "jeetbuzz" refers to the organization operating the platform.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. To learn more about the scope of our services, policies, and procedures, please read the About Us page.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use services on the jeetbuzz platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login details.

jeetbuzz may request identity documents or other proof at any time for account verification. We reserve the right to close an account if information is not provided or if false information is submitted.

2.1 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. jeetbuzz bears no responsibility for account misuse that results from user negligence or information leaks.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeetbuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered members. Each offer has its own terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit receive a 100% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning the bonus funds must be used as bets 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000, and you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering to withdraw the bonus.

Bonuses may never be treated as cash. Bonus funds may be forfeited if not used in accordance with the specified rules.

3.2 VIP Cashback Program

jeetbuzz's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback based on the net loss for that week. Bronze tier receives up to 0.3%, Silver tier up to 0.5%, and Gold tier up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to the net amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week.

Example: A Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Program progress and tier upgrades are determined based on the member's regular activity.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each offer must be used within its specified time limit.
• Any fraudulent activity related to bonuses may result in account closure.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device are not permitted.
• jeetbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions on the jeetbuzz platform can be made using mobile financial services and banking methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method). Payments must be made from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Payment Restrictions

• Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any money laundering or suspicious financial transactions will result in immediate account suspension.
• If any deposit is made in error or without authorization, contact support immediately.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on circumstances.

5 Betting Rules

jeetbuzz offers betting on cricket, football, and various other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was accepted due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Any bet connected to match-fixing or sports fraud will be considered void.
• jeetbuzz's decision on any change in odds is final.
• Placing multiple bets on opposite outcomes of the same event in a match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

For slots, live casino, and other games, each game's own rules apply. If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be voided and the stake may be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuzz platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering using fake identity documents or false information.
• Operating games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exchanging bets with other users outside the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.

7 Data Privacy

jeetbuzz places the highest importance on protecting its users' personal information. Details of how we collect, store, and use your information are provided in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also agree to that policy.

We do not sell your information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with selected technology partners for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or service improvement purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeetbuzz believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly. Only bet an amount that, if lost, will not affect your financial situation.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member who wishes to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the platform can submit a self-exclusion request through support. During this period, logging into the account will not be possible.

9 Service Suspension and Account Closure

jeetbuzz may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of fraudulent activity or a threat to account security.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• In the event of submission of false information.

If an account is suspended, an investigation will be completed before any approved withdrawal requests are processed.

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact support. Please complete all pending withdrawals before submitting a closure request.

11 Limitation of Liability

If participation in a bet or game fails due to an internet disconnection or device issue, a decision on any refund will be made based on server records.

12 Changes to Terms

jeetbuzz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform and registered email addresses will be informed of any changes.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the terms, you may close your account at any time.

13 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable law and judicial procedures will be followed for these terms and any matters related to the jeetbuzz platform. In the event of a dispute, a resolution will first be attempted through support.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be referred to arbitration. Before contacting us, please prepare a clear and specific written description of your complaint.
